技术说明：
百度网盘是一个很好用的软件，但是越是新版越问题多，最新我发现我的网盘下载的时候一直请求中，不能下载。
针对这个问题给大家提供以下解决方案：
1、在浏览器地址栏输入，ABOUT:PLUGINS
2、浏览器会自动识别跳转到自己的插件管理页面，在插件管理页面中找到BAIDUYUNGUANJIA APPLICATION插件。
3、勾选“始终允许”，并点击“停用”选项，使状态变为“已停用”。
4、返回网盘地址，点击下载就可以下载了。
